The founder, Benjamin Humphreys, is a CPA who has worked in the Salem area for the past fourteen years developing a passion for helping individuals and business owners with tax and tax planning needs. Some of his industrial expertise covers working with real estate and the tax implications including construction, development, commercial rentals, realtors, and real estate appraisers; adult foster care and child foster care; restaurants; and produce markets. Additionally, he has been involved in multiple IRS and Oregon Department of Revenue interactions including correspondence, penalty abatements requests, audits, and appeals support.
Offering education presentations to adult foster care home providers and Realtor groups are continued outreach projects used to help educate various industries in the unique tax and accounting areas of the law that affect them.
